Add docs for implementing infinite types in a value based language.
Since we are a value based language and do not have the concept of
pointers, then if we want to lay out the memory of datatypes we run
into a problem when the types represent recursive datastructures:
these are infinite in size. So we have an algorithm for turning
some types into pointer-like things, such that we can lay everything
out in memory.

- After connecting, ports can exchange messages
- Message exchange is conducted in two phases:
1. preparing with `connector_put`, `connector_get`, and
2. completing with `connector_sync`.
This paradigm is similar to that for sockets in non-blocking mode.
- The connector stores messages received during sync. they can be inspected using `connector_gotten_bytes`.
- Ports created using `connector_add_port_pair` behave as a synchronous channel; messages sent in one end are received at the other.
